1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nostrum Health platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Services

Nostrum Health provides natural health product licensing, warehousing, bilingual labelling, and distribution services in Canada. Our services include Health Canada NPN applications, Site Licence support, Quality Assurance Programme management, and marketplace distribution.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is outlined on our pricing page and in your service agreement. Starter tier requires product unit payment. Core, Growth, and Enterprise tiers are billed monthly. Commission rates apply to marketplace sales as per your selected tier.

4. Money-Back Guarantee

For Starter tier customers: if we are unable to obtain Health Canada licensing for your product, you owe nothing. This guarantee applies to the licensing service only and does not cover warehousing or distribution fees.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate product information, maintaining compliance with applicable regulations, and ensuring your products meet Canadian safety standards. Misrepresentation of product information may result in service termination.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Nostrum Health platform, including logos, text, and software, is owned by Nostrum Health Inc. You retain ownership of your product information and branding.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nostrum Health is not liable for delays caused by Health Canada review processes, regulatory changes, or circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
