Is this built for you?
Nostrum can support licensed brands through a focused Amazon engagement, whether you are entering the channel, resetting an existing account, or bringing structure to growth without building another department.
You have a licensed product and need retail, advertising, and operational work sequenced in the right order.
Activity exists, but spend, content, inventory, and decisions are not working from one plan.
Internal bandwidth is tight and you want visible priorities, owners, and decision context.
Four connected capabilities
Media cannot compensate for a weak detail page. Growth cannot ignore inventory. Reporting should lead to a decision.
CAPABILITY / 01
Build a cleaner path from search intent to profitable demand capture—not a pile of disconnected campaigns.
CAPABILITY / 02
Strengthen the detail page before scaling traffic, so product information and creative can do their part in conversion.
CAPABILITY / 03
Turn account signals into prioritized decisions across media, merchandising, margin, and inventory.
CAPABILITY / 04
Coordinate the operational work that keeps growth plans connected to catalog health and available inventory.

Available by scope / 07
Sequenced plans for new ASINs, marketplace entry, and controlled category expansion.
With an integrated engagement, we configure a dedicated Hermes Agent environment around your brand—the same channel-based operating pattern we use to run real work. The standard setup gives your team a client-specific Telegram workspace with dedicated topics. Each channel holds the relevant context, agents support repeatable workflows, and scheduled routines keep important signals from disappearing into another dashboard.
Account knowledge and approved decisions remain available across operating cycles.
Research, monitoring, analysis, drafting, and follow-up are organized by job.
Your team sees priorities, approvals, ownership, and what the system is doing next.

A workspace designed around the work
The final channel map is adapted to your account, team, permissions, and scope. This is an operating environment—not a generic chatbot dropped into your business.
Priorities & decisions
One decision channel for objectives, approvals, trade-offs, owners, and the next best action.
Search, bids & budgets
Campaign signals, search-term findings, pacing, and optimization recommendations stay together.
Catalog & conversion
Listings, creative briefs, Brand Store work, A+ Content, and catalog issues move through one visible queue.
Inventory & execution
Inventory pressure, launch dependencies, FBA coordination, and operating risks are surfaced before they block growth.
Research & reporting
Scheduled monitoring turns account, category, and competitor signals into concise briefs and accountable actions.
Automation with boundaries
Monitoring, research, analysis, briefs, drafts, and coordination can run agentically. Spend changes, publishing, permissions, regulated claims, and other consequential actions follow the human approval rules agreed with your team.

Where is growth getting stuck?
A connected operating model
Four jobs, managed as one system. Each cycle turns marketplace signals into a smaller set of accountable actions.
SYSTEM / 01
Capture relevant demand with deliberate campaign structure, targeting, and budget allocation.
SYSTEM / 02
Give qualified traffic a clearer reason to choose your product through stronger retail fundamentals.
SYSTEM / 03
Use learnings from advertising and shopper behaviour to inform the next cycle of growth decisions.
SYSTEM / 04
Keep growth connected to profitability, catalog health, inventory realities, and category requirements.
How it works
The process starts with evidence, makes trade-offs visible, configures the operating environment, and continues through implementation—not just another strategy deck.
Review the account, catalog, advertising, competitive context, profitability inputs, and operational constraints.
Rank opportunities by likely business impact, dependencies, effort, and readiness.
For an integrated engagement, build the dedicated Hermes workspace, channels, memory, scheduled workflows, and approval boundaries. Co-managed work uses a shared workspace; a focused sprint has no persistent workspace unless separately scoped.
Deploy changes in a controlled sequence and establish a useful testing baseline.
Review outcomes, retain useful account knowledge, and turn each operating cycle into better next decisions.
Engagement fit
We scope around responsibilities and deliverables—not a one-size-fits-all package. Commercial terms, media spend, production needs, and partner costs are made explicit before work begins.
A candid fit check
If you need only a narrow deliverable, we can discuss a focused scope. If product licensing, inventory, economics, or ownership are not ready, we will identify that dependency before recommending growth work.
Frequently asked questions
Still have a specific question? Bring it to a focused conversation about your account and operating context.
It is a client-specific version of the operating environment Nostrum uses internally: a dedicated, channel-based Hermes Agent workspace configured around your Amazon account. It can retain approved working context, organize specialized workflows, schedule monitoring and recurring briefs, and keep decisions connected to execution. The exact tools, data connections, and automations are defined during scoping.
With an integrated engagement, yes. The standard setup uses a client-specific Telegram workspace with dedicated topics for priorities, advertising, retail content, operations, and intelligence, backed by Hermes Agent. Co-managed engagements use a shared workspace and operating plan; focused sprints do not include a persistent workspace unless one is separately scoped. Specialized agent workflows support research, monitoring, analysis, drafting, coordination, and follow-up while Nostrum and your designated decision-makers remain accountable for the work.
Not by default. We define permission and approval boundaries before launch. Recommendations, drafts, scheduled monitoring, and internal coordination can be agent-assisted. All external account writes remain approval-gated unless a written workflow expressly authorizes a specific bounded action. Spend changes, publishing, account permissions, regulated claims, and other consequential actions always follow the agreed human approval process.
No. Hermes Agent is open-source software by Nous Research. Nostrum configures and operates a client-specific business system on top of it for the agreed Amazon engagement. References to Hermes describe the technology layer and do not imply that Nous Research sponsors or endorses Nostrum Health.
Your brand retains ownership of its Amazon account, client-supplied brand assets, and business data. Ownership or licence rights for commissioned listings, reports, creative briefs, and other deliverables are defined in the written engagement agreement. Nostrum retains its pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, agent configurations, and general operating know-how; third-party materials remain subject to their licences. We use least-privilege, role-based Amazon permissions rather than asking you to share a primary login, and credentials are not stored in channel memory. Before launch, the scope documents the hosting model, tenant separation, approved users, connected data sources, model and tool providers that may process data, subprocessors, retention and deletion rules, export or handoff requirements, and how access is revoked when the engagement ends.
Scope is shaped around the account’s constraints and can combine advertising, retail readiness, growth intelligence, and marketplace operations. We define ownership, priorities, deliverables, and communication cadence before work begins.
Yes. Nostrum can support licensed health and wellness brands with a focused Amazon engagement. We account for category and claim constraints in the work, while the brand remains responsible for its products, licences, claims, and required approvals.
Yes. We can assess an established account, identify the highest-leverage gaps, and transition agreed responsibilities without forcing a complete rebuild where one is not needed.
We look at advertising efficiency alongside sales mix, conversion signals, organic visibility, inventory position, and the margin inputs you can provide. The goal is better business decisions, not one isolated dashboard number.
We can provide keyword strategy, copy, content architecture, and creative direction for listings, A+ Content, and Brand Stores. Exact production responsibilities are confirmed in the engagement scope.
When a licensed brand needs Canadian marketplace support, Nostrum can coordinate import and FBA-related workflows with the brand and relevant logistics providers. Requirements and responsibilities are assessed case by case rather than assumed.
Access depends on scope, but typically includes the relevant Seller Central or advertising permissions, product and creative files, inventory context, unit economics, and a designated decision-maker on your team.
Timing depends on account access, catalog condition, approvals, creative needs, inventory, and the agreed priorities. After diagnosis, we provide a sequenced plan so dependencies and implementation timing are visible.
Media spend is normally a separate Amazon cost controlled through your account. The commercial structure and any additional production or partner costs are made explicit in a tailored scope before you proceed.
